Guests with Disabilities
TOYOTA PARK provides easy access for guests with disabilities. These areas include gates, restrooms, suites, ticket windows, drinking fountains, concession counters and seating areas.

Guests with Disabilities Drop-Off/Pick-up Area
Guests with disabilities may be dropped-off at the main stadium arch in the east parking lot outside Gate D. A state-issued disabled person placard or disabled person license plate must be visible to the police and parking attendants and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate D drop-off area. Disabled guests may enter TOYOTA PARK through Gate D. There is also a wheelchair accessible ramp from the plaza area to the main concourse inside Gate C.

Guests with Disabilities Seating
Seating for guests with disabilities is available in all price categories. To purchase seating for guests with disabilities, call the Ticket Office for more information. In order to assist disabled guests, please phone TOYOTA PARK's main number 708-594-7200 or the Ticket Office at 708-594-7700 prior to arrival.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for loan for escort purposes only and are located at the Guest Services booth located on the main concourse at section 127. Guests may also call in advance of an event by contacting the Guest Services line at 708-496-6820.

Service Animals
Service animals that are trained or in training are allowed to enter TOYOTA PARK during events A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other TOYOTA PARK guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. Guests who need to escort a service animal to an animal relief area are allowed re-entry to the facility. All such guests should notify a Guest Services Supervisor prior to exiting the facility to ensure Re-Entry.

Sign Language Interpretation
Sign language interpreters are typically not available on event days but can be scheduled with proper notice. Contact Guest Services at 708.496.6820 with any questions, concerns or to schedule an interpreter.
