TOYOTA PARK policies for Crossroads:
Parking Lots - 8am
Festival Village opens at 9:00 a.m. (Enter through Gates A, B, C)
Show Start - noon
Show End - 11pm
*No chairs of any kind are permitted for this event. Chairs for General Admission section will not be provided.
Coolers are not allowed in TOYOTA PARK.
* There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Crossroads. All exits are final.
General Admission Tickets
General Admission (GA) tickets are for the Field area only. There are no chairs allowed on the field and this area is standing room only.
Fans are welcome to bring towels, blankets or pillows to sit.
Ticketholders with GA seats have access to the main concourse, but cannot take a reserved seat.
Reserved Seat ticketholders do not have access to the General Admission area.
General Admission tickets should enter through Gates B or C and collect a wristband for Field access upon entry.
Camera Information
*Small, personal cameras are permitted. No professional cameras/lenses or video/audio equipment is permitted. THIS POLICY WILL BESTRICTLY ENFORCED.
TOYOTA PARK Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, fans will be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the stadium with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and the fan may be ejected from the facility. The following items are not permitted in TOYOTA PARK:
Aerosol Cans
Balloons and Beach Balls
Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
Coolers or Ice Chests
Fireworks, Flares or Smoke Bombs
Illegal Drugs
Large Bags and Purses
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
Outside Food and Beverage
Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.
Umbrellas
Video or Recording Devices
Weapons
Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by TOYOTA PARK Management
TOYOTA PARK Pick-up/Drop-off Information
Pick-up - Guests returning to the stadium to pick up concert-goers must return
to West Parking Lot (S1) no later than 10pm.
Busses and Limo - Limos WILL NOT be allowed to stage and wait in the parking lots for the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival.
To pick up passengers after the event, please proceed to the paved parking lot located on the N/E corner of 71st and Harlem. There will be police at the location who will direct you to the staging area to wait for passengers.
Please ask your passengers to exit the stadium and walk to the parking lot along 71st St. to your location.
When you exit the staging area, you must go east on 71st to Sayre Avenue. You may then go south on Sayre to 79th or east on 73rd to Cicero to access I–55.
Either of these routes will keep you out of traffic and give you a faster way out of traffic.
Public Transportation Information
Pace shuttle service will operate between the Midway Orange Line CTA Station and Toyota Park.
The shuttle service starts at 11:40 am and will run every 20 minutes until the last band goes onstage. The last shuttle will leave TOYOTA PARK approximately 30 minutes after the end of the event.
Tailgating Information
Tailgating is permitted as long as it conducted in a safe and respectable manner and activities comply with proper fan decorum. Please adhere to the following policies as it relates to tailgating:
No glass bottles
Dispose of charcoal in Hot Coals Only bins
No ball playing or Frisbee throwing
Please set your grills, coolers, etc. in front of or behind your vehicle.
Tailgating set-up must not interfere with free flow of traffic.
No kegs or bulk quantities of alcohol
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.
One car gets only one space.
Please bag and properly dispose of your trash.
Outside caterers not permitted.
Sale of food/beverage is not permitted.
No open flames.
Miscellaneous
Arrive at stadium gates early. Travel light. Do not bring unneceessary items into the stadium. All guests are subject to a security search upon entry.
Please take note of the heat and remember to stay hydrated. Misting tents will be located in the North Plaza between Gates B + C, in the West Plaza between Gates
A + B, and in the southwest island.
Will Call is located next to Gate D.
The resale and scalping of tickets in not allowed at TOYOTA PARK. You should not
buy tickets from unauthorized sources. The only authorized ticket agent is the
TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office.
Traffic on 71 St. will flow east bound ONLY prior to event. Traffic will flow west bound ONLY post event. Please plan accordingly.
